Well dam after reading the reviews and reading Oscar the psychiatrist was rude I definitely won’t be becoming a new patient. Trying to get treatment not catch a case
The fact that they misdiagnosed my child with constipation when in reality she had appendicitis. As well as it’s always so hard to get someone to answer the phone. And negligence with giving important lab results , almost a full year went by and nobody contacted to give results for specific labs. I’m very disappointed but this is a small town so very low options to choose from. Hopefully we have better care at our new clinic.

My experience with Adventist Health has been extremely disappointing. It seems there is a significant gap in patient care and responsiveness within this organization. I have reached out to their Risk Management team multiple times over an incident of negligence that occurred with one of their providers, this includes over ten phone calls and three emails, yet I have not received any response.
