If you get COVID-19, and you are elderly. stay away from this place. Chances are you will die. My Dad last words before he died. "This place is ridiculous, the nurse's are rude and they don't listen to me". I gave them one star because at the end they did let me go stay with him. I guess they think thats going to make up for the way they treated him.

Business response:

Hi Gracie, I'm sorry for your loss. We'd like to speak to you more about your experience. Please email us at myexperience@ah.org so we can get more information from you. Thank you, Gracie.

I took my son to hospital because it was close to home they did a X-ray on him and told me nothing was wrong and sent him home with a sling after he had fallen. Before we had left doctor told me if he begins to have swelling or more pain take him back they can re do X-ray and see if it’s broken. However his whole arm swelled up and pain continued I took him to valley children’s and come to find out he had broken his arm. Ya comes to show how good of doctors they have at Hanford hospital seems like they just hire anyone off t... read more

This was my mother's 3rd and final time staying at the hospital. I will say I worried every single time she was admitted. I've been her sole caregiver for quite some time and thinking about somebody else caring for her is always scary. the ladies and gentlemen at adventist hospital (2North) have gone above and beyond for my momma. they have gone above and beyond for me and my family. they've always been respectful and very very caring of my mother. I am very thankful her last hospital stay was one she will always remember. t... read more

**Please read before considering going to the ER!!** I took my son to the ER on Sunday, September 18th because he was experiencing some issues with his asthma that couldn't be controlled by his inhaler or his breathing treatment. When we left the ER we went to the pharmacist to get our prescription (steroids) that was prescribed by the ER doctor. The pharmacist informed me that the doctor who wrote the prescription had an expired license therefore we had to call another doctor to get approval for the prescription. I have cal... read more

All I have to say is do not go there . The nurses treat their patients very inhumane. They let their patients suffer. They laugh and humiliate them as well. Although in cases of an emergency we may not have time to go to another hospital , but avoid going there as much as possible .

Business response:

Hello, Abby. I am so sorry you had an unpleasant experience at our hospital. Please share your experience in detail, so we may address your concerns with our leaders: https://www.adventisthealth.org/site-search/?c=Feedback

Hospital policy is not honored during a time of loss. Per their COVID policy online family members can see their loved ones if death is imminent. Staff should be educated about their policy so family members are not forced to wait in the hospital parking lot.

worst place to go for emergency services, it takes forever to get seen and when they see you its like not even 5 min with them then your discharged. on the other hand they dont go beyond to figure out whats wrong they run one test it comes back normal and thats it they have your paperwork ready to be discharged. i walked out with worst pain than with what i went in they ran one test it was normal and i was discharged just like that was told they could not do anything else that it was nothing.
