My emergency room visit could not have gone more smoothly. The staff and medical professionals were all very attentive and I greatly appreciated how quickly they took me back for tests and diagnosis. I made a later but related trip to urgent care which went just as smoothly. It was a busy day but everyone was very kind and didn’t let how busy it was affect the mood of the office. Again, they were able to help me with my needs and I feel fortunate to have been in Adventist Health’s care.
For a busy Thursday the wait time wasn’t bad. Kiana at the front desk was upfront about the wait time, helpful about filling out paperwork/electronic paperwork. Even updated people on if there were more technical visits happening that would slow things down. Was about an hour and a half for in and out on what seemed a busy day.
The wait was long but I think it is flu season. The doctor that took care of me was concise and understandable.
We are blessed here in Kailua with these amazing staff members & Dr. to assist all of us in a time where everyone is busy busy busy 24/7! Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but nevertheless, being seen & heard, & immediately treated is a blessing. My PCP, not available for months, my Pulmonologist, not available til May. My worsening condition made it absolutely essential to seek medical attention immediately. And they did.
