Went here today for an ingrown toenail that was causing me pain. After waiting for almost 2 hours, the provider came in and without even looking or assessing my toe, she prescribed me oral antibiotics and to soak it. I asked if it needed to be cut out and she immediately said no without further assessment. She was in the room for less than 5 minutes. Turns out the podiatrist I saw recommended immediate removal to relieve the pressure and prevent further inflammation. I felt rushed and overlooked. Would not recommend.
