I was at the Advent CentraCare (which is emergency walk-in too). They were very busy with emergency walk-ins they had to take before those of us with appointments. People were becoming irritated with the long wait and voicing it. Holly, at the front desk, maintained a tone and spirit of total understanding, kindness and patience that was admirable!

I was treated with kindness and compassion the whole time. Waited only about 10 minutes before I went back to see the doctor. Dr Neha was extremely nice and caring, and very knowledgeable (I wish she was a primary). Overall a great experience.
