Trying to get my exams done in some other location and this particular location does not want to release my record in order for me to get my exams done. Requested many times and they always have an excuse. They even sent results from 3 years ago like if they were from last year. It seems like they lost my records and don't want to be accountable for it.
I am extremely pleased with the front office staff, the doctor who performed my biopsy, and the surgical tech who assisted. The front desk was both kind and professional, while my surgical tech and doctor were incredibly empathetic and compassionate. I was very nervous and scared, but they made me feel completely at ease. Antes el servicio era excelente. Pero de hace como dos años para entonces que el servicio es es horrible y para colmo me siguen llegando facturas de un servicio que ya pagué.
I've been here for an ultrasound and three mammograms. Every tech has been so incredibly kind. The front desk staff are pleasant. My last two mammograms were with Maxine and I absolutely loved her care and kind words. It was my first time getting a diagnostic mammogram and she walked me through every step, helped me stay calm, and explained the process. I hope I get to see her again next year. She's the best.
