I can’t believe the bathroom where my wife was didn’t have a rail next to the toilet, so I (a person with a walker) could sit down and get up. Also, in the bathroom for general use on the same floor didn’t have a rail. This inexcusable.
The staff here have no empathy Service is poor. Probably the worst experience of my lifein this hospital.
They showed me great understanding of what I'm needed, expressed their passion and respect for their patients as well as me. Made the visit so much easier to attend.
