For the ED: WHY is there a metal detector as you walk into the ED and NOT main entrance!? My mom needed to be brought in, unsure if she was having a stroke; the guard took her time to go through the bags, at one point talking to another co-worker. Forgive me, but WTH!? This person may be having a stroke and I have to WAIT to check her in!? She actually was having a heart attack... so there's that. Care team and hospital: The care though, was phenomenal. Every staff member, from housekeeping to the cardiologist were AMAZING.
