Worse leadership. Bruno the charge nurse is horrible. He seriously needs a attitude check, I watched him smile and talk to a patient nicely but the second the patient walked away his whole attitude changed. He speaks to his staff members poorly with no respect. A poor nurse went to the desk to ask him a question and he snapped at them. He began to smash what appeared to be a clipboard on the desk. to slow and they just tell me, your kid is fine is just a virus and they send me home
I had a minor surgery there today and the staff, from registration (Amanda) to the volunteers to the nurses (especially Tammy my pre-op nurse) we all amazing. They listened to me and really advocated for my overall health! A breath of fresh air compared to some other hospitals I have been in!
