Great experience with Advent health. I have been with Advent health several years. I have never had a complaint.
Walking into this emergency room I was very nervous to figure out what my out-of-pocket would be for this visit. I asked five separate people, including doctors and nurses, to let me know what I would be responsible for financially before doing any tests. The registration lady came to me AFTER Everything was done and finally told me what I would be responsible for. This is unacceptable!
The staff was wonderful and the facilitie excellent. I had a great experience.
