The Wellness Center is a well-stocked, complete gym. I attend the chair classes run by Danielle. She's a wonderful, knowledgeable, kind person, and runs the best classes I've ever taken in a gym. George helps her. He's very good. They're both great!!
My friends and I attend chair exercises and yoga three times a week. The instructors are wonderful and patient. Silver sneakers on Friday afternoon is so relaxing. We’ve all noticed improvement in our flexibility.
Very clean and organized everyone very helpful great environment
Happy to have a large fitness center with so many options- some equipment could be updated.
This gym is always super clean, staff is always attentive, and all the instructors are Superb! Definitely worth it! Try it
