Nurse Steve was a very good nurse to me And as always Dr Dewan was great a Doctor that cares about his patients Lead Nurse M. was also very good and attended to me could asked for better people to take care of me Keep up the Great work.
Absolutely ridiculous!!!! My 3 year gashed his head open i went straight to the hospital waited for triage for about 30 mins in the lobby. Then after the triage waited a hour for someone to actually look at his head. Then about another 45 mins for them to come put 2 staples in his head. When they did come in to actually put the staples in i had to ask them if they were going to clean it first bc the doctor just grabbed the stapler and went to staple it. He stopped when I asked and said yeah we can clean it.
Mama was in the ER twice in one week. Vivia RN and Amanda RN were absolutely wonderful with her. Dementia and anxiety can make things very difficult, but these nurses went above and beyond to help her. Their patience, compassion and dedication truly made a difference and we’re so grateful for the care provided.
