My son arrived at 8:30 am for his 9 am MRI appointment. He as informed by the tech at 9 am that his MRI was canceled because the machine broke over the weekend. They didn't even off to reschedule at another location.
The guy at the reception desk was great. Everything and everybody from there on was awful. I couldn't understand the person who led three of us out of the waiting room to our respective chubby holes in imaging. She told me the pin in my leg wasn't metal, but plastic. Other patients were knocking on the door of the "changing" room for access. No staff member was around to direct anybody. The "nurse" also had an accent that was hard to understand, but I managed. I waited a month to give a review so I could get the proof I needed first. I will say my technicians for my mammogram and ultrasound were very nice, however, the "results" I were given were trash. I have been to a total of 4 different imaging facilities over the last 5 years since I started getting mammograms. This is due to my husband having been active duty and then us moving here and me trying to find a place I feel comfortable with. I came here today to have a mammogram, and the nurses were so incredibly kind from the moment they called me back. Once the imaging started she was able to get a few images done and then I started feeling weird. Really hot, hearing muffled, vision starting to go white, basically I was about to pass out. This happens from time to time with me. The amount of kindness, compassion, and care I received just went above and beyond! They talked me through it, gave me water, cool rags to put on my head, and quickly brought in this ch... read more
