I had an ultrasound and the tech pressed too hard eve though I asked her to please be gentle because i was in pain, she took long time , she had a student next to her who also took pictures of me but none of the pics were clear enough for the radiologist to diagnose well and now an mri was ordered. I won’t go back for sure. Have a second chance and the ultrasound tech was absolutely awful, I got out if there with pain, second time was worse than the first one and she was so lazy that was trying to avoid doing the full test, ... read more
Very nice nice experience quick
Got my boobs smashed and did not get the Vera gift. Upset. My mom and sister did. Maybe they forgot me.my person was not awful but not great. All the years I have been here this was the worst.
My son arrived at 8:30 am for his 9 am MRI appointment. He as informed by the tech at 9 am that his MRI was canceled because the machine broke over the weekend. They didn't even off to reschedule at another location.
The guy at the reception desk was great. Everything and everybody from there on was awful. I couldn't understand the person who led three of us out of the waiting room to our respective chubby holes in imaging. She told me the pin in my leg wasn't metal, but plastic. Other patients were knocking on the door of the "changing" room for access. No staff member was around to direct anybody. The "nurse" also had an accent that was hard to understand, but I managed.
