Dr. Tolland is by far one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the privilege of seeing. I recently had to undergo a surgical procedure at his surgery center, and although it wasn’t a situation anyone looks forward to, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Tolland and his entire staff were incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. Dr. Tolland and the whole staff are wonderful! They make you feel at ease the moment you walk in the door!
Do NOT go to see Dr. Williams at this practice. She books her appointments 5 at a time and you can feel her rushing through. Then she speaks over you, doesn’t hear what the concern is therefore not helping you! BUT she will gladly bill you for her time as she states after wasting yours or bills to your insurance to collect the office visit even after saying she wouldn’t. Horrible bedside manor even worse experience. Don’t expect Irving the equally rude office manager to help you as he obviously will back her to keep his job!... read more
