Dr. Jeffrey Chiu and his team are excellent health professionals. Also, the girls at the front desk are specialists attending to patients.
Dr Lopez, Claudia, Anamari and Eric all took great care of my husband during his colonoscopy. The center is efficient, super clean and the staff are extremely caring.
They won't schedule a time for your procedure in advance. I was told someone would call 24 hours before the procedure date to give me a time. No one called the day before. Very hard to schedule getting a ride and organizing childcare when they won't give you a time or even confirm the procedure. Meanwhile I have been doing bowel prep for a colonoscopy. Clear liquid diet for 36 hours and spending a lot of time in the bathroom with no procedure time or even a confirmation that the colonoscopy is happening. Incredibly unprofess... read more
100% satisfied! I went in at 8:00 A.M. and was done by 11:30. Everybody from the receptionist who greeted me to Michelle, one of my prep nurses, who wheeled me out, were friendly, cheerful and professional. Val, my other prep nurse went above and beyond to put me at ease. The facility is conveniently located. Parking is free and plentiful. It is well lit and spotlessley clean. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but I hope I won't need to!
