Kegel training with Enidelcia (Eni) was amazing. Had been with two other therapy firms prior to moving to Leesburg and results were marginal. Eni and the Bio-feedback program at Waterman was like night and day different. If you cant get in with Eni, at least find a program with Bio-feedback!!
I highly recommend AH rehab. I have had 3 surgeries over the last 2 years (Rotator Cuff Repair, Achilles Reconstruction and Arthroscopic Knee). I am very happy to say all are working successfully thanks to the Therapists. Awesome group of people, from the friendly helpful folks at the front desk to the therapists. Adam and especially Mark are extremely talented Physical Therapists. They are attentive, highly intuitive, and totally helpful. When I first started therapy in August, it was an extremely chaotic atmosphere in which I did not even feel safe with two of the therapists, one of whom has now left. This was shocking because my experience three years ago after my first surgery was so much better. Things have greatly improved now,, and maybe they are even better than they were three years ago.
