Ysanni at the front desk at AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehad in Davenport FL is awesome. She knows her stuff, gets to know the patients, has a good sense of humor. Some people do their jobs and do them well, Ysanni though, really cares about the patient and helps to navigate the scheduling, financial, administrative and insurance matters. I notice the therapists all have business cards, but if I ever need to contact anyone, it's someone in the administrative or front desk area, so those are the ones who really should have bus... read more

I will like to thank all the team at AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab for all they did for me Matt, Britton, Jared and Amanda plus all the ladies in the office. Very professionals they listen and try their best to work with you. I will personal recommend them, Thank you so much I never thought i can have movement in my arm again, Thank you!!! 🙏

How fortunate I was to select this AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehabilitation Site for my physical therapy sessions. Physical Therapists Amanda, Britton and Matthew as well as their support and office staff took such great care of me. Their professionalism coupled with their skill, knowledge and kind, caring attentiveness provided for me successful treatment. Who looks forward to going to physical therapy?? I did.. because of this awesome staff. Thank you every one again for helping me to achieve positive results.

This is James Dietrich for 2 1/2 months. I suffered pain in my right knee results appall meniscus. I cannot thank the physical therapist for all they have helped me with. I’m back to normal walking every day swimming going through my normal daily activities. I am a very active person when I am injured my right knee I thought that was the end of my activities. Thanks too advance sports medical rehab. I am back feeling great again thanks to all physical therapist to help me back to normal again.
