They only hire unfriendly staff, who sit at their computers and tell people no, and only care about the money. They will not help you. A bureaucratic nightmare. They will give you nothing and take everything. They are everything wrong with healthcare today. Pathetic people who should not have jobs in healthcare

We had the most pathetic experience- two visits within 24 hours and couldn’t figure anything out going on with our son - ordered lots of tests and said must be a virus - he spiked a 105 fever later that evening so we went to Overland Park regional and they tested and confirmed he had a serious case of strep with a restricted airway!! This caused him to be admitted!! To date advent still hasn’t diagnosed the step and we know that could have been very dangerous

Besides housing some traditional Doctors offices, it also has Clinic offices shared at different times by multiple medical associations, some of which are associated with Advent Health.

My experience at Advent had been pretty bad but my recent visit and post visit follow ups put the nail on the head now. I’m not going back to this hospital. Dr. Greenfield and Dr. Moore and their staff all are horrible to deal with. When you visit doctor you expect certain protocols. In my recent visit I was diagnosed with Influenza A positive. No medicine prescribed. When my cough didn’t stop I called and use the app to prescribe me cough medicine. First I was prescribed Benzonotate. I requested that this didn’t work for me... read more
