Everyone was caring and took their time explaining the process to me.
The Emergency Room staff excellent. ER Doctor Sara Cross and ER Doctor John Bradley were both professional with immediate concern for urgent care. Thank you to all at Advent Health Overland Park especially Dr Brad Palmer.
First time at this ER. Very disappointed. Staff was very nice. Dr. Was not very concerned and didn’t listen to me. Given morphine, released me, expected me to walk out on my own and drive myself home. Never asked if I had a ride or anyone was there with me to take me home.
The nurse put in too small of a catheter!!!! It has caused a problem ever since until today when the hospice nurse put in the correct size. We were very dissatisfied!!!! However, the doctor was great!!
Both Advent Urgent Care and then transfer to ER were quick, thorough and professional by all your staff. Thank you!
