I delivered my daughter last March here and the doctors and most of the nurses were wonderful, EXCEPT for their anesthesiologist who injured my back and sent me to physical therapy months later after my post-partum visit when the pain still persisted. Poorly treated in the ER. The nurses are rude. They minimize how you are feeling and then treat you like a criminal for becoming angry about it.
I brought my mom to the ER at AdventHealth South OP this afternoon (3/20/22) around 4pm. The front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude. The lady who checked us in (I will refrain from mentioning her name) made my mother and I feel like we were burdening her by being there—keep in mind there were ZERO other patients in the entire place.
