Dr sent order. Had consult in December. It's now first of March (tomorrow) 2026 and I have never even had the call to have sleep study. They told me it would be about a week or two after my Dec 12, 2025 appt. I even stopped by at the first of January to update with new insurance card. People gripe about Mission???? Haha, try this place Advent isn't any better.
My PA sent a referral for a sleep study. After 2 days, I decided to call and see when I could get it scheduled. They did have the referral but said I needed to have a consultation before scheduling the sleep study. The first available appointment for the consultation was three and a half months out because they are shorthanded. That's outrageous! My doctor sent the required documents several months ago. Called several times and the lady stated she would call me back. Called twice since with no response. This place is a joke.
Scheduler doesn't even know what a Circadian sleep disorder is (they really said CARKAUDIYAN), yeah right. How did you become a sleep neurologist. Didn't even ask more about symptoms (extreme difficulty waking up, vivid dreams, abrupt changes in sleep schedule, occasional sleep paralysis) and denied my referral. Don't try and send people with that to THERAPY without knowing what you're talking about
