I was very satisfied with the facility, everyone was very respectful and I especially liked doctor Franz. He has a great bed side manor, sense of humor and willing to talk with you. I will definitely visit that facility again.
Five stars for medical receptionist and assistants. Zero stars for Vandy Mayworth who was condescending, rude and dismissive. She should also learn not to talk badly about patients to other staff while they’re still in the office (I heard every word)
Absolutely horrible ER experience. 26 hour wait in the waiting area for a room is cruel and inhumane.
