This is my first time visiting this clinic. I was searching for a primary care doctor who truly cares for his patients. Dr. Navarrez and his MA Camille provided excellent care. I have no regrets about choosing them. I recommend them.
This was my first visit with Dr. Neil Navarrez, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he asked thoughtful, thorough questions and took the time to really understand my medical history. What stood out the most was how genuine and compassionate he was, he truly cares about your health and makes you feel heard, not rushed. I felt comfortable, respected, and confident in his care. I brought a family member to see Dr. Gay & had such an incredible experience that my entire family has now switched to him & AdventHealth. *This is coming from someone who is a therapist that worked with patients and also scheduled them using the same system Advent Health uses currently Front office staff Fara made it an extremely unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I received a letter from Advent notifying me a provider I had previously seen was moving to this location.
