I booked an appointment for today at 10am. I even got a confirmation text around 8am. I arrived at the facility at 9:50 am. The front desk told me that the practitioner who’s supposed to see me is being sent to another location. I asked them that I can wait for anyone today, since I’m already at the building. They said, no one else can see me today. The fact that I received a confirmation two hours before my appointment, but only to arrive there and they’d tell me nobody can see me, I’d very unprofessional and disorganized. ... read more
