Plan to wait wait wait for your appointment , an hour later more. Check your prescription records three times I’ve been for a visit. They have the wrong prescriptions listed . I have allergies and could die from the wrong medicine. This is an Advent problem. They have a substandard medical record system. RUN
I love this office. Small so you aren't searching aimlessly for where you need to be. It's clean and Dr.Rosenberg and his staff are the best. No long waits and no drama to milk insurance companies while still giving the patient top notch care. I'd definitely recommend someone for any sports medicine injuries to come to them.
Every single person I spoke with from the receptionists, nurse and lab tech were lovely except Christy Chong ARPN. I do not recommend her at all. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience the second she came through the door (I was a new patient). I was honestly taken aback at how horrible her bedside manner.
WATCH OUT!!! ADVENT HEALTH SHARKS ITS PATIENTS!!! They are trying to bill both my husband and I for a second visit all because our New doctor (we are new to Florida so new insurance, new doctors) asked us if we had any questions at the end of our annual. Had we known by answering his question we would have been charged for a second visit, we would have kept our mouths shut.
