My husband and I just left this office after seeing Dr Randi-Ann Rodrigues. She made it perfectly clear that she did not want to see my husband. Her first words as she walked in was “I’m confused, you have a PCP and I’m not taking new patients. I really don’t want to get involved with you.” So we got up and left. No care, no questions, no concern as to what brought us in…. Will NOT be going back to this office again and I’m pretty sure they don’t care nor do they want us there.

Well, I called in March or April to make appointment to get established here with a PCP. Earliest appointment with the doctor was September. So, I booked appointment. Received notice yesterday that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. Fair enough. Was given a appointment for rebooking in November, as that was now the earliest. Was told it was not possible to switch providers to try and get earlier appointment. Way to “Extend the healing ministry of Christ”!

sitting in office for 2 hours and still not called for my 3:30 appointment and was not even told about possible delay !!! until i asked and than was told it would be another 15 minutes at least i know stuff happens but at least inform the patients
