Office cancelled my appointment morning of, 2 hours prior. Apparently the dates and times on the Adventhealth care portal aren’t actually accurate, and if you schedule it on times that don’t exist, they’ll just cancel it. If the website exists it’s for a reason. Care providers should have accurate times listed there. The world has run on the internet for quite some time now, it is not unreasonable for this to be an expectation.
The dr is great here but there system isn’t. I got to my appt to find out they changed locations. I tried to call them to say I will be late and I am just on hold forever. I hang up bc I am almost to the new location. Then they make me reschedule my appt because I am late. It’s a 15min window and I am 17 minutes late. I know I am late and I understand that, but where is the grace when you switch locations. So frustrating. Now I have to wait 4 more weeks to refill prescriptions.
I showed up to my appointment and learned that the provider canceled it. No email or no call beforehand. I am cancer patient and need to act in urgency but I don’t know if the healthcare system or the physicians here something is really wrong
Everyone here was so amazing very nice the young lady who takes care of you before the doctor comes in was so sweet and nice Dr Kyle Woods went above and beyond to make me comfortable the best E.B.
