We had our first appointment this morning and we both cannot be happier with this medical office. Front office staff greeted us warmly (even on a Monday morning), went speedily through the check-in procedure, met with the Nurse and then with the Doctor. All were professional, knowledgeable, personable and had a sense of humor. A very refreshing experience and we highly recommend this practice.

Keishla Som The staff and doctor were responsive and friendly, but I felt uneasy when they repeatedly asked about my age. As someone who looks younger than my current age, I'm used to the attention, but it made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously. Looked down upon as a child. Staff members will not answer calls. This Location office is always empty. Their is no reason to ignore calls and missed appointments.

I was originally scheduled to see a new PCP on March 27th. When I saw availability in the app for an earlier appointment on February 27th, I rescheduled. A few days later, I received a call saying that keeping that appointment would push the provider over their limit for new patients and asking if I would prefer to move it to April instead.
