HUGE DR TURNOVER PROBLEM HERE!!! The Dr's that my wife and I have delt with have all been fantastic, very compassionate and professional and the nursing staff too. Unfortunately, there must be some very large underlying issue with the management of this location because we have even overheard the staff talking about how "another dr is leaving" My wife left Advent this past year, & I just received a letter from them that my Dr is gone, so I am going to choose to leave Advent also. Got a confirmation text from them for my appointment, called to ask a question about the appointment and the receptionist goes “Actually, you received a reschedule text, not a confirmation text”. Um…. no I did not? And then despite already waiting a month for this appointment she tells me I’ll have to wait at LEAST another month, if not longer, to see someone. What if I had just sent a text back to confirm my appointment instead of calling? Doesn’t seem very organized.

Have been cancelled twice, taking months for appt, cant get mammo because I don't have new assigned dr at Advent so aradiology won't see me. 2 female Dr's left Advent , female PA moved to other office (although she was not up to par for me). Schedulers are rude. Sitting in open hallways on benches also feels like chop shop, not professional at all.

Saw a primary care doctor here twice, she went on leave and I was in the middle of tests to try and figure out a concern. No one else would go over results with me and I was told to wait until she returned. Received a letter a few months later stating she had left the practice.
