I'm here visiting, and needed to go to the ER. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was in and out of the ER in about 45 minutes!!
My trip to the ER on Palm Coast Parkway was handled thoroughly and professionally
Amazing care from start to finish. We arrived early in the morning and we checked in and got seen within 10 minutes. We were brought to a room right away. Care team was there to discuss what the next steps were. My first time as a patient at this hospital and I would highly recommend it to anyone! Great staff!
They are so understaffed that my wife waited 8 hours for a chest X-ray in the ER, while there was only 7 rooms occupied at most at once. It’s a shame that we’ll be driving to St Augustine for any other Medical issues. Advent health is falling off.
