Haven't had any problems. Staff friendly and professional.
We were seen very quickly. All staff was super friendly and we were in and out within 15 minutes.
This place is a joke if you want real medical care it will not happen in Ottawa!
Went in for flu like symptoms for the past 4 days. Assessed and informed of an ear infection. I informed them I was allergic to penicillin with anaphylaxis reaction. Wanted to prescribe penicillin, and I reiterate that I can not take it. Suggested amoxacillin. Again, I said I couldn't take that. Would not prescribe anything else. I would be careful and advocate for your safety.
