The staff at Florida North (Advent Health) are quick to say anything. I was told by my doctor and the lab staff that my scan would cost me $100. Then they dinged my insurance for max amount. Literally, if I had said, "no insurance" I would have paid $100, and now I am paying thousands for, get this, a test that isn't even useful to my PCP, that I didn't even want. My PCP was complicit in the scam, which I guess this may be? Watch yourself. I tried three times to discuss with Advent staff, it's just kids on phones reading cue... read more
