I was scheduled to get an MRI through Veterans Affairs. At the time I was not told that my stimulator and charger had to be fully charged. I got to my appointment and was taken back and was told that they could not do the MRI. It took over a month to schedule and I had to drive from Hernando FL. This was at the imaging pavilion in Ocala. The site manager called me, she apologized and she thought she had taken care of the problem.
