There is NO security check point when you walk into this hospital, I checked myself into ER with heart and breathing problems. A security guard came into my private room AFTER I had already been there for 90 minutes to search my property. This is too LATE, this puts patients and staff at risk and is unsafe! Every other hospital has security check point at entrance with metal detectors. I did not feel safe at this er whatsoever.

As usual, staff was great on my recent stay. I'm curious. I know some of the scrubs colors for the various careers at Advent North Pinellas. I don't know about the Maroon code. Are they Psychological counselors?

I went to the ER on Feb. 23, 2023 and the ER doctor was really rude and then after they got through with the all testing and I the same doctor came in and he said that I was been discharged and I did not feel like I could go home with the symptoms I was still having and he said in a rude tune "We did testing for the last 6 months and it was not my heart." Great, so now they've dumped millions into the hospital. Which would be great, if they had the staff. But they don't. They have the worst, most bias, self absorbed, stereotyping staff in the world. After the ER CHARGE nurse rammed the IV so hard into my arm over a week ago, which was all lumped up and is still bruised, he later came in, after my comment clearly made him eat his words, he came in and tried to apologize to me.
