The whole staff here is so patient and kind. My client is a profoundly autistic young adult and had an uncomfortable procedure done with Dr. Earl and Angel the medical assistant was so patient and took the time to explain everything carefully.
Dr. Earl and Debbie provide exceptional care and should be recognized for the outstanding work they do. I recently had a procedure at this location, and from start to finish, they were attentive, supportive, and consistently focused on both my needs and my wife’s while she stayed with me throughout the process. Their responsiveness to my post-operative questions was equally impressive. Truly a 5-star experience.
Doctor was OK - but the office staff is incompetent. They sent my lab work to the wrong lab which resulted in me getting balanced billed. I have been battling this with them for 6 months, spoken to countless people and been told they would pay it. The bill still has not been paid and now the office is no longer responding to my messages.
This place should not even get a one star. I was referred to see an urologist by my primary doctor as I had kidney & gallbladder stones. This place had me see a Kylie Ernest, PA-C who hardly spent any time with me the two times I was there. When I went to see her, I still had stomach ache (flank pain as they called it) She cleared me from kidney stones and gallbladder. She said my gallbladder was fine. Literally THE WORST medical office I have EVER been to. The office manager is absolutely wonderful, but it doesn’t seem like anyone else working there has any idea what they’re doing.
