It is truly unfortunate that a physician of this caliber is supported by such unprofessional staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Fountain for nearly 17 years, and he is one of the best urologists in Florida. My confidence in his care has always been high, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Today was my first visit to Dr. Boemer. I could not be happier with the care I received. The office and nursing staff could not have been nicer and were very efficient. Dr. Boemer was friendly and thorough, and explained my options in detail. I highly recommend Dr. Boemer and her staff.
Dr Fountain is very good but the office staff shows no compassion for very ill people. I recently called to see anyone about a reoccurring problem, symptoms were blood in urine, difficulty in urinating, pain, fever and nearly fainting. I was told give a sample at the hospital and they would be back in 24 to 48 hours. One week later they called and left a message that the culture was positive and they would call in a prescription.
