Came here with a patient he had an accident the front desk staff was very unprofessional about it made him and me feel very uncomfortable about it fast forward to us checking out waiting on transportation it was raining outside we was waiting for transportation to come pick up us they office closed at 5 the transportation company was 10 minutes away they had no compassion I felt rushed and pushed out so I can only imagine how the patient felt…I can say that the lady who walked us to the room was very professional and underst... read more
I do not recommend this medical center; their customer service is abysmal. They are unwilling to look up your information, and Dr. Michael Bamda failed to provide me with a precise diagnosis, even after conducting several tests. When I asked him the underlying cause of my problem, he simply replied, "It might be due to some medication"—something I could have figured out myself without ever having studied medicine. Honestly, I do not recommend this urology center.
This gang can't shoot straight. After four years they didn't:t even have my medication profile right Too many complaints to list. The bottom line is Advent Health is VASTLY OVERRATED, and they're not a leader in urology either, as they claim they are the WalMart of health care and nothing more
