Appointment March 25th with Dr, Wilmot. Having UTI systems which I have a history of. UTI,S . Culture tested negative which it did from Quest .for bacteria but small blood in my urine. I expressed the pain I was having. Diagnosed as probably a bladder infection. Was given Phenazopyridi-ne for pain and a prescription to relaxe my bladder. Thought I was getting out of pain.
