I saw a urologist a year ago and I needed some test done. Well I’m still having the same problems this year so I went to the nurse practitioner under the doctor. Due to exceptionally bad service from other local providers, I had to be looking for a urologist. The clinic here is always clean and well organized. Everybody (front office, nurses, Dr. Herring) is polite, friendly and knowledgeable in what they are doing. I am getting from them the feeling of genuine concern a person would feel for his / her doctor. Communication by phone is a major issue, though. This group is amazing! They took amazing care for my grandmother who is mentally disabled. I highly recommend.
They canceled my appointment after I already paid for the consultation. I told them several times I work 2nd shift yet they call at 8 am and then cancel my appointment because I didn't answer.
