It’s been two weeks and never got called to get scheduled for an appointment, every time I called them they would let me know someone would look over my chart and call me to get scheduled and seen. That never happened and my auto immune disease is just getting worse without a diagnosis, absolutely no help.
My PCP made a referral to them. Never heard from them. Yet the Advent My Chart indicates me both having a visit with, and speaking to Dr. O over the phone. Didn't happen. So far, unsuccessful in getting record corrected. Advent blames it on their recording system.
This place is awful! Dr o doesn't follow through with what results show to help the patient! I had positive results on alot of things but said there's nothing to do further when it should be something done and all rude ! Definitely going somewhere else!
