I’ve had a lot of good experiences at this office, but my experience with Sharon Kast , NP yesterday was THE BEST. I hadn’t met her before yesterday but she has been there for about a year. She was so warm, engaging, friendly, supportive, affirming, and validating. She worked with me to come up with a realistic goal for the amount of sleep science says it’s best for me to get. She was kind and informative and a joy to be around. I hope she will be my provider there for a long time to come!
