I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a priscription refill, I've only been using a stockpile from a lesser strength. Unprofessional to make me wait this long, shame on Emma. Any longer and I am finding a new psychiatrist and not with advant health. No communication, no nothing. Feels very unprofessional. Waited 2 months for an appointment. Tried to move it to tele health because I'm dealing with a family emergency in Jacksonville. They said they'd only do tele health appointments on certain days and tried to move my appointment to June. When I asked if there was an exception or anything earlier I was told no and I could keep my original appointment if I really needed to be seen earlier. I have Michelle as a psychologist and to me she could of done better. When I had my last appointment with Michelle she didn't really listen to me. And I don't appreciate that. Because of that I will Not be coming back
