My son has been treating Dr G for many years. Ever since they switched to mainly virtual appts and the drs work remotely the turn around time for prescription renewals has become increasingly long. Today for the first time my son ran out of a medication because the process takes too long. He has been in treatment for 25yrs and this is a first. You can not expect psyche patients to be able to maneuver this process. If they run out of a medication the affect can be devastating. This issue needs immediate attention.

My daughter sees Heidi for therapy and honestly i feel like as opposed to helping her she's just being a "yes person" to whatever my daughter tells her. Also, she was very judgmental to a concern i brought to her attention. I don't see any improvement since she started seeing her.
