I had a terrible experience with this clinic and would not recommend anyone come here. I waited two months for an appointment and was told I could send records in via email. I made sure to send my records in TWO MONTHS before my appointment and was told the staff would scan it to my chart for the doctor to review. Day of my appointment comes and they were never scanned in. Dr. J was cold and talked down to me. I have a new psychiatrist who I love, never coming back.

Was charged for an appointment which I prepaid over the phone before the appointment. Somehow I get an email that I'm past due on an appointment I already paid. I check the website and I did indeed pay for the appointment but had a random $57 tacked onto my bill after the fact. Please make this make sense guys. If you want to charge me 57 extra then don't hide it like that.

In my opinion the Medical Group Psychiatry at Winter Park is exceptional. Over the past 10 months, the front desk team has been highly kind and helpful. In fact, several staff members, including the following ladies: Shelly, Denise, Tanya, and Brad-Ashely made it extremely easy for me to get appointments with my psychiatrist Dr. Murtaza Syed. My intention is to continue going to this clinic to get help for a long time. I strongly recommend the front desk team of this psychiatric practice.

I’ve been a patient for many years. Have been very happy with my doctor. Dr. G. I want to recognize Haley. She went above and beyond helping me get my medications straight and sent to the correct pharmacy. She called several pharmacies and finally got everything straightened out for me. She called me several times to update me. She is amazing as are all the staff I have worked with over the years. Thank you, Haley
