My wife visited Dr. Johnson and was impressed with the personable office staff and general cleanliness of the facility. Dr. Johnson gave the impression of caring and listening and left my wife with a positive impression. After the visit my wife reviewed the visit summary and had questions. This is when things went from friendly and personable to mercenary.
