I was Dr. Johnson's patient for over four years, and when I went in for my regular check-up, I had a different doctor who told me Johnson was no longer there as of a week ago. I asked what other location he went to or a different organization he's affiliated with, and I was told they couldn't disclose that. This is not true. Patients have the right to know where their doctor moved so they could continue getting the established care they were receiving. Everytime I receieve my lab order via portal from Geraldine lately there's something omitted from the order. As a layperson, I shouldn't have to review and check the professionals. When I pointed out the omission and tried requesting a few more tests via portal message, I was told to come in for an additional office visit (despite having been in within the last year). I took off work to go in again and made sure to clearly confirm each of the old and new labs I needed with Dr Collier, but after receipt, I noticed yet another... read more
