Awful experience with this practice. Patient care is not prioritized. They joke with patient prescription and do whatever they like without consideration of what the patient wants. Lied about sending Prior Authorization to the insurance company and they clearly did not for almost 30 days. Its sad and unpleasant that patient cannot get desired care.
Receptionist Kevin White and MA Anais Medina-Cobix really helped me out with a flu shot outside of scheduled times. Even though I had called beforehand to schedule a nurses appointment, the operator said there was not enough time before the end of the day for appointment slots. However, when I showed up as a last ditch attempt, they managed to squeeze me in. Anais gave me the most painless flu shot of my life and proper documentation as well within 5 minutes. Dr Swan is my favorite doctor!
My wife went here for an annual physical exam and she has United health insurance that gives one annual physical free and it's in network too. But to our surprise we received a bill of $700 for her visit....we didn't get any other examinations or tests done but got such a huge bill. So please beware of unexpected bills. We are definitely going to court to get this resolved. She had an appointment with Dr. Swan. Not sure how many innocent people got scammed by this place.
