PT, while good providers, consistently have issues with scheduling appts. After confirming appts with the front desk and driving 40 minutes to an appt today, it was not on their calendar, nor were two other appts that I scheduled in person at my last visit. No communication or apologies. When you try to call to reach the front desk, they never answer. They don’t send texts reminders. The best doctor I have ever encountered in my entire life.
HORRIBLE DOCTORS HERE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I just moved to town and needed a pcp. The first Dr I saw Dr Berger was the WORST he treated me like a criminal over 1 of my prescriptions that’s non-addictive. He lowered the mg on both of my prescriptions and gave me 0 refills on my usual monthly prescriptions. The 2nd Dr was very nice in office, said she had no problem prescribing my current medication from my previous doctor (which I brought in my bottles in for her to see the mg, dosage and that it comes with refills) she then ... read more
Dr. Berger Made me feel like I wasn’t heard and didn’t seem to give a lot of reassurances on my concerns, now I’m left paying over $500 for just anxiety. Usually I can message him and ask about any medical concerns, now his nurse I’ve never talked to and probably didn’t look over my blood said it’s okay for that and now I have to continue to make appointments whenever I have simple questions. Don’t go here it’s a scam
