Dr. DiCristofaro is hands down one of the best pediatricians we’ve ever had. Just scheduled my new patient appointment, and Janie was absolutely amazing! She made the whole experience friendly and pleasant definitely off to a great start.
This office does a horrible job of notifying patients on cancellation. It’s always flooded in the summer. It’s not once but multiple times. I am the one who have to reach them whether my appointment is still available or not. They don’t value our time. It’s pathetic how they are handling the situation. I am sick and tired of learning this at the last moment. Dr. Decrestifaro is wonderful but this is not helpful. It’s a shame🥹
The doctor we saw last year was terrific. The practice manager, Tasha, and the scheduler refuse to see patients who have been previously seen for a physical. They are unaware of the practice policies and try to put together appointments (meds and physical) for other locations that can't be placed together according to the policy since the Waterford location refuses to see my kids again. When calling this location to schedule, we were perfectly fine to be seen, then called back by a different schedular to cancel all appointme... read more
