Unorganized and confused staff. They called me 10 mins. before my son's appointment to try and cancel. Luckily, the provider agreed to see my son. When they received my son's medical records, Tina, dismissed me without much remorse due to having a religious exemption. I think that everything could have been handled with a little more care and compassion.
THE OFFICE IS GREAT, BUT THE OFFICE RAN BETTER BEFORE ADVENT HEALTH. I AM TRYING TO GET MED REFILL AND SPOKE TO A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, THEN A SCHEDULER. TOOK 13 MINUTES WHEN I USED TO BE ABLE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL AND THEY WOULD SIMPLY CALL ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW I NEEDED APPT.
Today I took my daughter there. She accidentally cut her toe nail too much before last Christmas (just over a month ago), I didn’t notice that 1/4 of it is infected until yesterday(swollen, redness, bleeding and almost can see pus formed) . The doctor looked at it and just told us to go home and wrap a gauze on it(prescribed oral antibiotics). Placed a call to the office because I love 45 minutes away I was told to come in there was only one person waiting for rapid track. Upon arrival I was told they’re at capacity and cannot be seen. The resolve to bring a nurse out that asked triage questions to only say we are at capacity. Thank you for wasting our time toting around a sick child this is the first time I have been disappointed in the service I received here. Very disappointing and no regard for patients.
