My kids have been patients here for 5 years and today they lost my business. My kids have been sick for 2 weeks and took a turn for the worst. It is a little bit of a drive for us so I called ahead of time to ensure that they were going to be able to see us and was told to come right away. We had a great experience at AdventHealth Medical Group Pediatrics at Lake Mary with our newborn. The entire team was friendly, patient, and attentive. Dani was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Dr. Casey provided excellent care while taking the time to answer every question we had. We felt supported from the moment we walked in, and it is clear that everyone there truly cares about the families they serve. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a pediatric team they can trust.
Worst health service, got my child for rapid walkin at 8.20. Made us wait for 45 min for doctor to come by. My kid had to go to school after this and kid had lost her patience. Nowadays health care service has become so careless
STAY FAR AWAY!!!! This is the definition of a bad Dr. They do nothing to diagnose a child. Everything is about them getting paid by your insurance. My daughter has been to them 5+ times for the same random high fever. Other doctors have said that she needed a full panel of blood work but these people refuse to attempt any diagnoses. They never look at anything, But they sure complain that my children are not coming in for well visits.
