Love the staff!!! They always take their time with both of my boys and get to know them!!! Supper support with the family and willing to answer any questions or concerns.
Always a pleasant experience. Have seen several of the practitioners and PAs for my two children since their birth and have had a great experience. They are warm, welcoming, and great at their job.
I just called and spoke to Teresa in order to schedule my daughter at appointment and not only was she chewing extremely loudly on the phone but kept disconnecting multiple times. I know she could hear me as I could hear her and had no problem reaching her from a different number. I would highly not recommend this group just based off of their front desk alone. My kids have been patients here for 5 years and today they lost my business. My kids have been sick for 2 weeks and took a turn for the worst. It is a little bit of a drive for us so I called ahead of time to ensure that they were going to be able to see us and was told to come right away. Once we arrived there was a sign saying that they were already at capacity.
