Bringing my granddaughter to them since she was born. She is now 16 and I would not take her anywhere else.
This place has gone down hill. We have been patients there for 7 years and now looking for a new pediatrician. Recently we met with Dr. Heller, she did little to understand our child’s background. My daughter is fearful of new doctors after an accident a few years ago. This doctor put an “always” next to her behavior and jumped to conclusions without reviewing her history. This is the definition of a bad Dr. They do nothing to diagnose a child. Everything is about them getting paid by your insurance. My daughter has been to them 5+ times for the same random high fever. Other doctors have said the she needed a full panel of blood work but these people refuse to attempt any diagnoses. They never look at anything, But they sure complain that my children are not coming in for well visits. This place is okay on its best days. We’ve been considering leaving for another practice because of how rushed the providers are, how little they seem to build relationships, and how the last annual checkup went. (The doctor didn’t even ask for consent before touching my son’s stomach!) - Rapid track is useful and cheaper than urgent care but the available spots fill up fast, usually by 9:45am or so. - some of the providers are hurried and dismissive and the office staff can be rude, but it does seem to be turning around a b... read more
Unorganized and confused staff. They called me 10 mins. before my son's appointment to try and cancel. Luckily, the provider agreed to see my son. When they received my son's medical records, Tina, dismissed me without much remorse due to having a religious exemption. I think that everything could have been handled with a little more care and compassion.
