Only reason im OK with giving them even one star is because they called me back quickly. However, to deny any & ALL patients who do not comply with vaccine guidelines, REGARDLESS OF EXEMPTION TYPE, is absurd. It was never asked why my kids have exemptions. We were just told no. AND THATS WRONG.

Please dont come here, I have waited two hours just to get my newborn shots. I hope they get better with this. Respectfully, do better next time.

I came in for my appointment at 2:50 for a 3pm appointment and waited for an hour to be checked in. All with a newborn baby. ONE hour waiting for an appointment I came for in time. Next time y’all have an appointment I wont worry about coming in 15 mins early.

A shout-out THANK YOU to Britany at the front desk. I was waiting for the office to scan over documents for my grandson's new pediatric MD. which was time-sensitive. Having explained the situation to Britany, she immediately sprang into action and did a follow-up call/message of the completed task. She was professional, respectful, and a woman of her word. Thank you Britany and blessings to you and your family.

We love Katie VanHove PA-C -- always on time, same day appointments if needed. Her medical assistant is always pleasant. They are great with my kids. I recommend her to my friends and anyone who needs a pediatric provider.
