Please dont come here, I have waited two hours just to get my newborn shots. I hope they get better with this. Respectfully, do better next time.
I came in for my appointment at 2:50 for a 3pm appointment and waited for an hour to be checked in. All with a newborn baby. ONE hour waiting for an appointment I came for in time. Next time y’all have an appointment I wont worry about coming in 15 mins early.
A shout-out THANK YOU to Britany at the front desk. I was waiting for the office to scan over documents for my grandson's new pediatric MD. which was time-sensitive. Having explained the situation to Britany, she immediately sprang into action and did a follow-up call/message of the completed task. She was professional, respectful, and a woman of her word. We love Katie VanHove PA-C -- always on time, same day appointments if needed. Her medical assistant is always pleasant. They are great with my kids. I recommend her to my friends and anyone who needs a pediatric provider.
I have been bringing my grandson here for 4 years. I have never had a problem scheduling and appointment. The nurses and doctors were very friendly. We go when he is sick or yearly physicals for school. I have never been pressured to give him any vaccinations. I love how they made him feel at ease and he don't mind going. Thanks!
