The office won't return calls and when you get someone they don't want to do their job.

This is concerning my sister, who is a laryngectomy patient and has developed a problem causing fluids to constantly come up to the stoma area where it constantly makes her feel like she is choking. This office has refused to let her be seen by the Pathologist stating that she needs to cancel the HHA who is not allowed nor is medical to be checking nor providing any medical assistance. Call center phone staff extremely rude. Everytime I called to schedule they placed me on hold, gave me a million excuses why they couldnt schedule me. Even when they had recieved my referral via fax. I do not recommend, I decided to go elsewhere after scheduling I called back to cancel. I doubt the doctor that would have seen me would have took care of my health if the phone service wasnt even professional. The staff on the phone needs to work on their customer service.

This practice may have fantastic doctors who treat patients, but has very unprofessional staff receiving and scheduling appointments! They are very short with you as if it’s an inconvenience that you are trying to receive treatment! Also the soonest they could see anyone new is at the end of November! I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous! I do not recommend anyone attempt to receive care here and should look elsewhere for timely treatment and evaluation.
