Advent health tried to fraudulently charge my insurance company nearly $30,000 for a procedure that was never done. It seems that AdventHealth feels they’re entitled to be paid even on service is not rendered I had to threaten to open a fraud investigation into the charges before they refunded them. be aware, AdventHealth is predatory and fraudulent in practice

Saw PA Will Petitt and Dr Derek Johnson on 30 Oct. concerning pain and burning in my left calf behind the knee. Will quickly diagnosed the problem and brought in Dr Johnson to confirm that problem....a superficial blood clot in the left greater saphenous vein. A Ultra Sound confirmed the diagnosis. Hard to adequately state my appreciation for this unbelievably skilled medical attention to my problem. Thank You, Thank You, Thrice Thank You. CDH

The staff and physicians are great but the practice suffers from typical Advent Health issues. 1. Asking me to fill out forms with data that is already in the Advent Health app. I know the app isn't great but all the data is there, it just needs to be extended to provide the view needed by the practicing physicians. 2. Making patients like me with back, hip and leg pain stand for an extended period of time to check-in.
