Professional and friendly
I have been very happy with all of the orthopedic surgeons that I see here. I had a hip replacement last year, a shoulder replacement last week and I see the back doctor also and they are very wonderful. Every surgery they are very good at listening to my fears and anxieties and their all very understanding about my prior substance abuse and they work close with me to make sure I don't relapse but still keep me as comfortable as possible. They are all just amazing and I am beyond happy with my care.
Currently, my husband's leg is doing well—thanks to the swift intervention of Dr. Kaplan and his team during his two surgeries (with a third one scheduled in a few weeks). There were no complications; everything went smoothly. Furthermore, everyone at the Adventist Hospital treated my husband with great kindness throughout the three weeks he stayed there. May God bless each and every one of them, and may He always accompany them—serving as their guide—in every surgery they perform.
Advent health tried to fraudulently charge my insurance company nearly $30,000 for a procedure that was never done. It seems that AdventHealth feels they’re entitled to be paid even on service is not rendered I had to threaten to open a fraud investigation into the charges before they refunded them. be aware, AdventHealth is predatory and fraudulent in practice
