I was extremely disappointed with my experience trying to establish prenatal care with this practice. I am relocating to the Hendersonville area during my pregnancy and contacted the office well in advance specifically so there would be no interruption in my prenatal care. I explained that this is an IVF pregnancy, that I have received consistent prenatal care throughout my pregnancy, that my complete records are available for transfer, and that I am planning a C-section based on my obstetric history. Love AdventHealth hospital so decided to go to the obgyn here. I don’t get any help and no one listens to me. I’ve got pcos, endo, and a hypertonic pelvic floor. I mention that I don’t want to be put on birth control because of trying to have a child and they say that’s my only option and my weight is an issue for having a kid. To clarify I’ve been trying to loose weight and have been diagnosed with an eating disorder so this was NOT what I needed to hear. Long story short don’t go here

This is my first pregnancy and was a bit disappointed being here. I ended up transferring at 6months. I had tried to reschedule my very first appt. due to being stuck out of town with bad weather and the receptionist was not supportive initially about rescheduling me the following week but eventually did. Usually I’d never leave this kind of review, but I needed to get this off my chest. I suffer from telephobia due to trauma and severe anxiety, so calling someone let alone a medical office is extremely difficult for me. My fiance had gotten a surgery there not to long ago and the doctor that performed her surgery had told me that he was going to call me and tell me what they did. He called me but left out just about everything about the surgery and what he did. It has been almost 3 whole weeks since the surgery but no one bothered to call my fiance and tell her she needed compression on her legs so she wouldnt get blood clots until today.
